Privacy Policy



If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Jack B. will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).


Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.


Jack B. Hair will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.


Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.


We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.


We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.


If you are unhappy with any service for any reason please let us know in writing within 14 days of the appointment via: 

Anything outside of the 14 day period will be deemed as your responsibility. If additional work has to take place as a result of anything that is the responsibility of Jack B. Hair, there will be no additional charges and you will be compensated with additional service credit and/or products for your time. 


We require that you do let us know in the previously stated amount of time and that you agreed to a follow-up appointment within four weeks of the initial appointment to make corrections. A refund will not be presented at any point. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable with returning to the business, you are offered a minimum of three independent non-bias hair professionals, whom you can with for a corrective appointment at no additional cost.


However, if the result which you are unhappy with is deemed to a result something yourself or that of anyone you have previously enlisted for hair services, you will be be responsible for additional costs to achieve the desired result, as well as any costs relating to the initial appointment.

A deposit is taken to secure your appointment. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up-to 48h before the start of the service. Appointments cancelled with less than 48h will only be able to redeem half of the deposit from the final bill. No show appointments will forfeit their deposit.
